The winner of the 58th running of the Cougar II Handicap (Grade III) was Temple City ridden by Joseph Talamo. Winning off the track was the new Miss Cougar Del Mar 2010, CC Perkinson with 1,654 votes. CC is a retired jockey that used to ride at Del Mar but returned to the winner's circle to be handed down the Miss Cougar crown! The 22 contestants were pared down to 4 on Wednesday as online, twitter and text votes were tallied to crown the ultimate Miss Cougar yesterday.
